About TJBack to School PacketWelcome to the TJHSST 2011-2012 Website for the Back to School Packet. Listed below are the forms and paperwork for families to review, complete, and submit (as needed) for the start of the school year. Also provided are a few resources that families are highly encouraged to review as well - some of these include 24/7 enrollment, KIT enrollment, and registering with the PTSA. If you have any questions, please contact the school and we will do our best to be of assistance. Accessing the following forms requires the use of the Adobe Acrobat software
** Please note: Opt-Out Forms must be returned by September 17th and will not prevent a student from being issued a locker. *** Families enrolled in 24/7 (Family Connection) may submit Emergency Care Card updates electronically but are asked to print and submit a hard copy as well. Parking tags will be available for pick up August 31 through September 2, 9am-2pm. Students should bring a check and their driver's license. If your address has changed you must visit the Admissions Office at 8115 Gatehouse Rd., Suite 2600, Falls Church, VA 22042 as soon as possible with proof of residency. We suggest you call their office (571-423-3770) first to find out what proof they require you to bring. You will also need to fill out a Change of Address Form (IT22) which is included in the optional forms section above. Remember that only students and their legal parents who are full-time residents within our attendance area may attend TJHSST. |
