Rockhopper (formerly known as threat) is a server residing in the CSL Machine Room, which acts as a hot-swappable backup to adelie via heartbeat for the main TJ website and the webadmin application.

Issues
- Something appears to be wrong with APIC or SMP or something involving the two CPUs. The message "NMI received for unknown reason 2d" (or 3d) appears constantly on the console. The machine also locks up periodically, presumably as a result of this. The problem is either with both CPUs or some non-CPU component, as it occurs with either of the CPUs disconnected.
- Rockhopper has the same issues with 2.6 kernels and web files in AFS-space as adelie.
