Please be aware that course selections, once collected and entered, will be mailed home for parental review and approval. In order for Course Selections to be finalized, parent signatures will be required. It is especially important that parents and students realize that once course selections are submitted and finalized staffing decisions are made in an effort to try and respond to those requests.

If there are any concerns or specific questions regarding academic advising, please contact your student’s School Counselor.

Recent graduates (graduated in the last five years)

We maintain student records at Thomas Jefferson for 5 years. Please note that the former student must complete the form. Friends, parents and other family members cannot request transcripts on the behalf of the former student. The completed form must be brought in along with an addressed/stamped envelope and payment cash or check of $5 per transcript. Transcripts will not be sent without payment or a signed form. Completed packages may be dropped off at the school transcript office during regular school hours. If you are no longer in the area, you may mail all of these items in a large envelope to:

Official transcripts can only be mailed directly to the institution. Unfortunately, we cannot provide official transcripts for pick-up.
