2011-2012 Season
The three major shows (Fall show, Knight of One Axe, and Spring show) take place in the TJ Auditorium on Friday and Saturday evenings (see specific dates below). Tickets can be purchased presale for $8 during lunch in the cafeteria every day of the week prior to the show. Tickets are also sold at the door for $10.
Many other drama productions are performed for free during 8th period (an activity period during the school day) throughout the year.
Theatre Arts/Drama Class:
Students in these classes will participate in the Knight of One Axe (as both actors and directors), and in a one-act play performed prior to Stage Door on April 20.
Virginia Theatre Association (VTA): War at Home

Notes: Mandatory rehearsals will be held on Mondays from 4-6. There will also be some 8th period rehearsals. The VTA competition will be held at the Hyatt Regency in Reston from October 28 to October 30.

Froshfest:

Notes: Froshfest is a student directed play cast with students who have not acted previously in a TJ Drama production. Casting and rehearsals will take place during 8th period. This show will be performed for cast members' family and friends prior to the Friday evening performance of The Knight of One Axe on February 3 during 8th period and in the evening.

Notes: This show consists of the VHSL play, 2 one act plays produced in the drama class, and 2 one act plays produced outside of the class.
