This is a three day technology institute for American Overseas Schools administrators. This strand will be open to 25 A/OS participants and is intended for school heads, principals and administrators responsible for planning and implementing technology integration in A/OS schools.

Development and ongoing management of both short and long-term technology plans
Budgeting management and tips
Staff development planning
Open forum discussions on issues such as computer platform, reallocation of older computers, networking, E-mail, and more!
Integration of technology into curriculum areas
Factors to consider when hiring personnel
Student and teacher technologycompetencies
Opportunities to ask questions & discuss individual circumstances with knowledgeable personnel
