Speaker: Anne Holton. From her former position as a Juvenile and Domestic Court Judge, Ms. Holton has become active in improving circumstances for Virginia’s foster children. Ms. Holton is also the former First Lady of Virginia.March 3, 2010 A & B block

Speaker: Kirsten Lodal, founder of LIFT, will speak about this volunteer-based organization to help lift people out of poverty. Kirsten Lodal founded this program while a sophomore at Yale. It has since became a nationally recognized organization bringing volunteers together to combat poverty and expand opportunities for those in need. Kirsten grew up in our area, and in the daughter of TJ's former principal, Elizabeth Lodal.March 26, 2010 A & B block (service week)
