Jefferson is fortunate to have a wide variety of support systems in place for its students and programs. The Thomas Jefferson Partnership Fund works hard to support the program and curriculum needs at the school through contributions, matching grants and volunteers. The Department of Student Services strives to provide students a safe, optimum environment in which to grow and realize their potential in the academic and personal/social areas of their lives. The PTSA and various Booster organizations utilize the tireless efforts or parents to make the TJ community a vibrant social, academic and athletic environment that promotes student growth through research, discovery and learning. The security department works closely with the TJ administration and local authorities to ensure a safe environment for staff and students. The Administrative Team and Leadership Team at TJ work with student leadership to build a community that nurtures research, discovery and learning. Finally, the Technology Team at TJ together with the FCPS Department of Information Technology manages a robust infrastructure and network of computer technologies and strives to provide students with emerging technologies to support all levels of research at the school.
