- Login — to update/enter information in the directory database
New Students
Our database is the core of all PTSA connections. Membership, Volunteer Coordinators, Directory, and PTSA communications all rely on the information in this database.
Here is all you have to do:
- Click on "Login" above.
- Open the form and complete the requested information.
(Be sure to provide an e-mail address for confirmation of receipt.) - Save the Userid and Password you are assigned.
- Follow all the directions.
You will receive an "Update Complete" message at the top of the screen and a confirmation email from the PTSA.
All Students
Please keep your on-line directory information current so the PTSA may contact you and so that it will be correct in any addenda issued and for next year's directory. In particular, please keep email addresses up to date. Addenda will be emailed to students and parents in our system.
Parents' e-mail addresses can be marked as "Do Not Print" in the directory. Email addresses marked to not print in the directory will also not be listed in the addenda.
This is also the place to enter your volunteer information. We are always looking for volunteers and knowing your skills, interests, and availability will help us find the right match for you.
If you are new to the online PTSA student & volunteer information system, please read our helpful info sheet. The PTSA database is separate from the intranet and the school.
