Interview with the Designer: What was most challenging about creating the model? What problems might one face if they were going to create the product based solely on the preliminary sketches? For me, by far the most challenging aspect of the model was doing the dimensioning at the end. If someone were to try and design the project based solely on preliminary sketches, then they would have a very hard time, mainly because of the numerous hidden lines and parts. I suggest that someone use my design as a model for future design, not as something to be made directly.
