Making a Web-docs folder
THIS FOLLOWS TJ NETWORK GUIDELINE RULES

mkdir web-docs
(this command creates the necessary web-docs folder)
fs sa web-docs www-data read
(this command allows users to view files in your web-docs folder)
If this all worked, you should have a url -
http://www.tjhsst.edu/~yourusername
- Put your web accessible files inside this directory "web-docs"
- Note that the directory "web-docs" is not part of the url, even though you put your
  web files inside this directory "web-docs"
