A new Project description which includes code, development, and research elements.
This project, currently unnamed, is to create a prototype of a
Massively-Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game that's geared towards
performance-oriented processes for the servers. This would allow the
servers to operate on average machinery and save costs to the server-side
users.
A sample of the prototype in its current state can be obtained here (Windows Version).
The Research Areas for this Project are:
1. Terrain Generation (Realistic, Quick, and Memory Inexpensive)
2. Database handling (For game content)
3. Realistic graphical special effects
4. Camera Calibration
5. Numerical analysis of complex models, Modeling of complex systems
6. OOP Code research for large projects
