This utility submits a request for use of the Auditorium during the school day. Note that this is a request: only after you have received confirmation from the 8th period coordinator is the space reserved for you.
Please use this form to indicate what you will need when using the auditorium. If lighting is required please indicate below what is desired. Note that if a presenter is using the drop-down screen for a power point or other presentation, only podium lighting can be used in order not to wash out the screen. An agenda or breakdown of the event will be required for either Varied Lighting or Lighting with Cues. All fields with asterisks must be filled out.
